Spartanburg Community College/Downtown Campus: Historic renovation and restoration of the old Spartanburg High School. The 108,000 sq. ft. building includes classrooms, labs, administrative areas, an auditorium, and a gymnasium. The building will be a LEED silver certification (occupied 2013).
Virginia Osteopathic College: new 62,000 sq. ft. four year medical college, with anatomy labs, lecture halls, classrooms, and administrative areas. The anatomy labs featured 100% fresh air ventilation, and with energy recovery. Spartanburg, S.C. (2012)

Wofford College Central Energy Plant: a new 500 ton central chilled water plant and a new 250 horsepower central heating boiler plant. The new plant serves approximately 25% of the campus (chiller plant completed 2003, heating plant completed 2004).
