The facility director at this college campus struggled to maintain comfort due to multiple, old model, disconnected, and inconsistent mechanical systems. After study, surveys, and several design and construction phases, the entire campus was brought together under one new central energy chilled water plant (1350 tons capacity). more

Our knowledge of energy dynamics, from source to use, has always been a major factor in our designs. After completing the LEED design on the first commercial office building in South Carolina in 2003, many more LEED projects have followed. more
